Section 52A
<br> to provide land
The Government of Nepal will provide land to the landless Dalits within three years as specified for one time.
(2) The land provided under sub-section (1) shall not be transferred to anyone for a period of 10 years through any other process other than Namsari and Anshwanda.
(3) For the purpose of providing land according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and form a commission, committee or task force.
(4) Other provisions related to the formation of commissions, committees or working groups as per sub-section (3) shall be as prescribed.
